ElShaddai Centre had the privilege of visiting Pin Hwa School on 26th April 2024 to speak to their students about statelessness as a critical issue. This event was part of our wider Embrace campaign in sync with World Refugee Day, sought to raise awareness and enhance the young minds’ knowledge

A Long Search for Belonging Dr Ng Oi Leng is the Executive Director & Education Director of ElShaddai Centre, a registered NGO which is an implementing partner of UNHCR. Established in 2008, ElShaddai Centre strives to serve the displaced refugees, stateless people, asylum seekers and even the irregular migrant communities.
We are endorsed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Malaysia. We provide 4 core services to the communities.
