Student Wellness Program Integrated with Character Studies 2024 Report

This year, the student wellness program became part of the character studies curriculum at our secondary learning centres, EXCEL and ELITE, and was introduced as an after-school program at our Sungai Buloh Learning Centre. The program educates students on topics relevant to adolescent growth and development, emphasizing physical, emotional, and mental health. It encourages students to cultivate a healthy sense of well-being beyond academics, supporting their overall development. Below are some of the topics that were covered this year.
