A humble air-conditioning trainingwith world-class standard

Mr. Wong, a distinguished figure from a leading corporate background, selflessly shares his extensive expertise as the course instructor at ECB. Renowned for his global service counselling in air-conditioning service engineering, Mr. Wong brings unparalleled knowledge to the Diploma course. Alongside dedicated teachers in moral, Math, and English, and Joe covering electrical components, Mr. Wong emphasizes responsibility, starting with punctuality and timely homework submission. In just 7-8 lessons, he shifts focus to cultivating not just technicians but responsible professionals, offering a unique perspective on the progression from technician to skilled engineer.

Besides the technical aspects of the lessons, students have been taught to be respectable people, worthy to be trusted to do the job. He needs to know how to troubleshoot, organize his workflow, meet customers’ expectations, get billing done on time, where to get supplies wherever he is assigned to do the tasks and how to maintain a good relationship with the customer. In a practical sense, to capture repeat business from the customers.

Acknowledgement must be given to Mr. Lee, the aircon business development manager who shows great patience when dealing with these amateur interns, helping them to become real professional technicians in practice.
