The ElShaddai Advance Vocational Education (EAVE) 2024 Report

ElShaddai Centre’s modus operandi is networking and partnership, welcoming people with a conviction to serve the underserved and be a part of the organization’s activities or network. The EAVE thrives through a network of partners and collaborates with different individuals, agencies and service providers to offer affordable and sustainable vocational courses, training and internships.

Through the range of empowerment programs, we uplift young people, offering them hope and preventing crises such as suicide, abuse, and exploitation. We transform trainees into trainers and students into teachers; victims become victors, and beneficiaries become champions of the same cause

The ElShaddai Advance Vocational Education (EAVE) program aids marginalized refugee and irregular migrant youth with learning loss by offering quick skill acquisition and professional certification. EAVE provides two tracks: a partnership with eGraduate College UK for various vocational courses and a collaboration with Intercultural Training Australia (ITA) for TESOL certification.

Vocational education involves three key processes: foundational knowledge, practical internships, and professional certification. This structure ensures students gain theoretical understanding, hands-on experiences, and validated skills. EAVE empowers youth to achieve self-sufficiency and pursue their passions professionally, positively impacting their lives and communities.
