Continuous Capacity-Building for All Teachers

Our in-house teacher trainer, Teacher Chan Bee Leng, has provided extensive training sessions throughout the year for teachers in Sabah, Kelantan and the Klang Valley. These sessions are available in both one-on-one and physical formats and have been designed to ensure that teachers are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to become more effective in their roles. The sessions focus on supervision, curriculum review, classroom management, and The Good Curriculum (TGC), an English phonetics program, to equip teachers with the necessary tools to recognize the importance of their role in the lives of their students.

Among the participants was a very young 14-year-old teacher who had formerly been a student at our centre. She displayed remarkable aptitude by the end of the training period.

Through these training sessions, teachers in the various centres will have improved their effectiveness and will recognize the importance of their role in the lives of their students. The motivation they can provide to students through effective, fun learning in a well-managed classroom, in particular, will help foster successful outcomes in 2023.
