Teachers’ Support Groups 2024 Report

58 Teachers Impacted

Teachers are the windows to the world. A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instil a love of learning. – Brad Henry

In 2024, we successfully conducted two rounds of teachers’ support groups, with a total of 58 teachers participating. These sessions provided valuable opportunities for teachers to receive support, share experiences, and strengthen their resilience in the face of challenges.

We run teachers’ support groups to equip our teachers in:

• Teaching styles

• Emotional awareness and regulation

• Stress management

• Adverse childhood experience

• Effective communication

• Building resilience and self-care strategies

• Expressive art

• Setting goal and intervention plans
