For refugees adapting to life in a new country like Malaysia, language plays a vital role in building connections, forming relationships, and integrating into society. To support this, we offer online adult English classes. These classes cater to different proficiency levels and focus on practical conversational skills rather than academic learning. In 2024, approximately 25 adults, both men and women, joined the program, taking an important step toward integration and empowerment.

Community case management is a major part of the Social Work team’s portfolio. We respond to community members who face issues in the areas of livelihood, health, status documentation, family (domestic violence), abuse and others.
