How to Start My Team
- Create Teams within the Fundraising Campaign:
- Navigate to “Donations” and then “Teams.” Click on the “Add Team” button to create a new team. Fill in the team name, description, and any other necessary details.
- Configure Team Settings:
- Adjust team settings like donation goals, team captains, and other relevant options. Decide whether team members can join freely or if they require approval.
- Promote Team Participation:
- Motivate supporters to join or create teams while making donations. Offer information on team creation during the donation process and in promotional materials on your website.
- Track Team Progress:
- Keep an eye on your team’s progress by checking the team donation totals.
- Customise Team Pages:
- Modify the team pages to better represent the team’s identity. Allow team captains and members to share their team stories and progress.
How to Join A Team
To join a fundraising team, follow the steps below:
- Go to the fundraising page or donation form associated with the team you want to join.
- Look for the “Join the Team” button or a similar option, and click on it.
- Fill in the required information. You may be asked to provide some basic details, such as your name, and email.
- Share your fundraising page with your network and encourage them to contribute to your fundraising efforts.
- Keep track of your progress by monitoring the donations coming in.
